2023 Jamboree!
Just some quick reminders and updates about tomorrow’s jamboree!
We’re keeping a close eye on the forecast and will see how things progress tonight and very early tomorrow morning as we know our 3/4 team needs to hit the road. PLEASE STAY TUNED TO TEAMSNAP for updates!
LOCATION:
Kasch Park Athletic Complex, Everett, WA

SCHEDULE:
3/4 Team: Games @ 9am + 10am
5/6 Team: Games @ 11am + 3pm
7/8 Team: Games @ 2pm + 4pm
*Full schedule + field locations attached
*Please make sure you’re fully suited up, ready for warm ups, at least 30-minutes before each game (or earlier, if your coach noted a specific time)
*Each game will be (2) 20-minute haves with a running clock
UNIFORMS + GEAR
*Make sure your player is wearing their jersey with a uniform number UNDER 100 + full protective gear

*If you need to switch into your practice pinny for your second game in order to stay dry/warm, just let the table know so they can update your roster number
*Players are required to wear a protective cup + mouthguard
*Feel free to ditch the uniform shorts for pants this weekend or wear them on top of pants for extra warmth

*Sideline managers, please check in at the table before the game so the refs can recognize you on the sidelines
*Timers, there will be a central clock, but you will need to time penalties on your phone timer
*A reminder that only one parent can be at the table for your volunteer spot + no siblings, please
*Table volunteers, you cannot cheer, make comments about the game, or interact with the players with the exception of penalty time releases
*We will need parents to help get the sideline tents up/down between games + moved from field to field—please jump in to help before/after your game!
OTHER REMINDERS
*It can take a bit of time to find a parking spot at this field – please plan accordingly
*There are typically food trucks on site, but bringing your own food for between games is recommended
*LacrosseWolf will be on site with gear for purchase
*Parents + spectators are ONLY allowed on the spectator sidelines, across from the player bench
*After the game is over, please move off the field quickly to meet your player so other teams can move in + do not cross the field to the player sideline
*This field is known for getting hit with heavy rain + wind, sometimes out of nowhere – please be prepared for unexpected weather
*If you’re looking for something to do between games, consider cheering on other BWL teams!
*There is no honor the game at the jamboree.
